Promin Property Services have teamed up
with a leading risk management company, in South
Africa, to be able us to provide our Landlords
with the only bona fide rental guarantee
service.
This service is risk free, affordable and
protects the Landlord against loss of rent
income.
Rental income is guaranteed for the entire lease
period, up to the point of eviction (if
necessary) and an additional month thereafter.
Our underwriters will handle the entire legal
process as well as payment and handling of legal
costs *(conditions apply).
The Landlord will have the option to collect
monthly rent by debit order, at a small
additional monthly fee.
Applications are approved within 24 hours.
Annual membership of R195.00 (excl. Vat) applies

Credit checks and assessment:

Tenants are required to complete an
application form, once they have found a
suitable property to rent.

All applicants must provide as much
information as possible to assist us with
the screening process.

We also require confirmation of employment,
3 months bank statement, copies of their
Identity documents and they must provide us
with previous Landlord contact details.

All approved applicants are presented to the
Landlord / Property Owner for approval and
acceptance.

TPN, Credit and reference checks are done on
all applicants.
